Our Story

The Blue Fox opened in February 2017 and has been run by Kat and her two daughters Holly and Laura since. The girls are big on simple, tasty home cooked meals paired with friendly service and kick ass drinks to wash it all down with. You will feel like apart of the family by the time you leave! The Blue Fox is a place to meet, to eat, to celebrate. Our unique modern interior pays homage to the heritage building. The natural light sets the scene for long lunches amongst friends or enjoy a romantic dinner for two underneath the dim fairy lights. 

Our courtyard is the place to be in summer nestled amongst the grape vines and wisteria listening to live music on Sunday afternoons! 

Lithgow is the perfect two hour stop out of Sydney whether you are heading out west or heading back home to Sydney. The Blue Fox is located just one kilometre off the Great Western Highway or four kilometres off the Bells Line Rd. 

Whether youre looking for somewhere to celebrate a special event, enjoy a long lunch or some late night cocktails, we’ve got it covered.
